Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks and cash. Payments by check or cash must be made in person at your nearest TechShop location in AED.

Payment is only accepted by means of the credit card types as shown. We are unable to process any other payment form.

Online payments are verified by Payfort.

Delivery & Shipment Policy

  • www.techshop.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  • Multiple shipments/delivery may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

 

Membership Cancellations & Refunds

Refund Policy

All membership purchases are final and non-refundable. In the case of a technical error, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

 

Class Cancellations & Refunds

Customer Cancellation Policy 

Class bookings can be cancelled by the student the day prior to the class. A class coupon with equivalent value of the purchased class is provided upon successful cancellation. Students must request a class cancellation in person or by phone from Front Desk at TechShop Abu Dhabi the day prior to the class.

 

Customer Missed Classes Policy

There are no refunds, transfers, make-ups or deferments for missed classes. In most cases, cancellation without a day notice will result in a no-show fee. Please contact us if you believe you are going to be late or miss the class. Please see Class Policies & Procedures for more information.

  

TechShop Cancellation Policy

TechShop reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason. Students enrolled in a class which is cancelled will be notified by phone or email if a valid phone or email address has been provided. Students enrolled in a cancelled class will be rescheduled or offered a class coupon.

If we decide to change our Payments, Refunds and Cancellations, we will post those changes on this page, and/or update Payments, Refunds and Cancellations modification date below. This policy was last modified on November, 2017.
